Vintage Reverse-Carved Lucite Sword Brooch Book Piece

This listing is for a rare and unique vintage brooch from the 1950s, unsigned. Measuring 3 3/4" high and 1 3/8" wide, the sword-shaped brooch is made of clear Lucite and has a reverse-carved handle. The clasp is secure and it is in very good condition. The piece is featured on page 195 of Leigh Leshner's book, "Collecting Art Plastic Jewelry" and was purchased at auction from her private collection.
